Develop marketing strategy. Create and manage marketing campaigns for both brand awareness and lead generation. Create workplan and manage execution team. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Create and manage lead generation & brand awareness campaigns, measuring results
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Create campaign workplan and manage execution team (content writer, photographer, video producer, graphic designer, etc.)
• Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Manage online & offline marketing channels and explore new channel opportunity

• Bachelor or master degree in marketing or related fields
• At least 3-5 years online marketing experience
• Strong creativity and customer-centric mindset
• Familiar with online marketing channel (social media, e-mail, etc.) with some experience in offline marketing
• Good understanding & interest in startup business. Experience in tech company is a plus
• Ability to manage and supervise team members
• Open-minded, result-oriented and can-do attitude
