Job Description

• Build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
• Coordinate internal and external resources to control workflow
• Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
• Participate in brainstorming, office activities, team meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Stay current with industry trends

Skills and Qualifications

• General understanding of agency protocols, procedure and processes
• Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
• Knowledge in Digital will be advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities both of Thai and English
• Must be passionate about advertising, efficient, details-oriented, pleasant and outgoing
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving skills, energetic, well handle with pressure and self-motivated
• Ability to work well under dynamic working environment
• Analytical mind, result oriented and well adapted to change
• Good aptitude for building “Partner” relationships with clients and colleagues
• Resourceful with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• At least 1 years of experience in Account executive from Advertising Agency will be a plus
