WHO DO WE WANT?
Our Senior Client Management Officer is the primary relationship with the student post sales. They are the glue that brings all the moving parts together to ensure a great experience, successful delivery of our service, and achievement of student goals. They are also the primary relationship with the student's parent (or guardian) post sale, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring their satisfaction with our program.
This position has high potential to be promoted to Client Relationship Manager
- WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- On time and quality service delivery â making sure it all happens as planned, and fixing any issues along the way
- Customer satisfaction â a great experience through the service delivery process
- Successful customer outcomes â we deliver on our commitments
- Candidates will need to work Mon-Fri with occasional weekend and after hours work
- YOU JUST MIGHT BE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF YOU HAVE:
- A consistent track record of delivering excellent customer service in customer success and/or account management
- Has handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
- Experience working in a team environment with cross functional peers
- Able to navigate data and take initiative to find answers quickly
- Strong Communicator
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, energetic and upbeat
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in customer service or account management
- MUST HAVE written and verbal fluency in Thai and English
- MUST NOT require us to provide work permit
