Project Supervisor / Project Manager
ที่Bue Studio Co., Ltd.- Managing all aspects of construction projects. Ensuring that projects are tailored to market demand and add to the image of company.
- Estimating construction cost, and compiling infrastructure and environmental reports.
- Observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used conform to specifications.
- Visit sites and managing contractors.
- Overseeing project plans, inspecting the quality of construction raw materials and ensuring that construction is completed on time and to the appropriate quality levels.
- Able to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Provide technical advises during the evaluation of prospective projects with respect to property analyses, technical due diligence, development costs and construction methods.
- Provide submission of management reports and status to senior management on timely basis.
- Preparing, managing and monitoring construction documents, ensure the documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Coordinate and perform quality control inspection activities.
- Day-to-day management of site.
- Oversee quality control
- BA or higher in Engineering or Architecture
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, aged 35 - 40 years old
- Pleasant looking and honest personality with positive attitude, excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- At least 5-10 years' experience of inspection experience, construction management, engineering or related field.
- Posses driving license with a car will be an advantage.
- Pass experience in Interior business will be an advantage.
- Able to take leadership role within project team.
- Execute, implement and deliver all aspects from start to PM and finished delivery.
- Able to provide creative and well thought through design solutions.
- Holder of relevant license or permit will be advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other related software.
- Extensive experience in managing projects simultaneously.
- Flexible individual who can work well under pressure or meet the tight deadlines.
