Main objectives and Summary:

• Deliver a monthly PMO reporting for all ATA IT projects for National bank of Canada, and its subsidiary in Cambodia ABA Bank
• Deliver a quarterly KPI reporting for all ATA IT projects for National Bank of Canada
• Deliver a satisfaction survey every 6 months for all ATA IT projects for National Bank of Canada
• Deliver a quarterly man-days reconciliation for ABA Bank in Cambodia
• Develop and support internal applications of the company for Travel request, Training and Certifications request, Expenses claim, Skillset reports
• Develop and support the company presentation website
• Manage a junior developer in charge of the above development and support tasks
• Update National Bank of Canada governance meeting presentation
• Prepare and update White Papers, in coordination with the Team Leaders, to present the activities of the company

Qualification :

• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills allowing a smooth communication with both Asian and Western people (the position has a lot of interactions with people in ATA IT, and in Canada)
• Dynamic and service-oriented person
• Bachelor’s Degree, and familiarity with Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint and PowerBI
• Nice to have: Experience in Banking or Financial Services, French Language
