Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data

• Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of Revenue Management reports, presentations, etc.
• Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties.
• Compiles information analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
• Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis, agenda and other supporting documents for presentation at hotel sales strategy meetings.
• Perform all Revenue Management reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting, targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations.

Manage Revenue Management and Distribution Strategy

• Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
• Assist with account diagnostics and monitoring transient and group inventory to ensure straight-line availability.
• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize hotel portfolio rooms revenue as well as maintain accurate reservation system information.
• Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties.
• Monitor the compliance with and participation in Company promotions and eCommerce channels.
• Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.

Develop Standard Revenue Recognition Policies and Revenue Generation Activities

• Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.
• Explores opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes/systems/products to make improvements.
• Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes
• Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
