As an Operations Intern, you will receive hands-on experience across all departments in AIP and will learn what it takes to build and improve upon a thriving company. Besides that, you will focus on strategy and planning of current operational efforts of Asia Internship Program, by developing and improving the quality of existing operational systems.

During your internship, you will receive personal feedback based on your performance to make sure the internship provides a valuable learning experience for you.

Full-time employment after the internship depends on the intern's performance.

• Researching visa requirements for different nationalities in different locations.
• Providing visa assistance and guidance to customers.
• Drafting visa documentation.
• Creating customer profiles
• Conducting interviews with prospective program participants
• Administrative duties.
• Building strategic relations with multinational companies.
• Attending networking events.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet deadlines
• No previous working experience is required
• Prior experience with visa processes is a plus
