Our client is a leading provider of cement products for the construction industry. Artemis is recruiting a (Senior) HR Data Analyst with at least 5 years of working experience Location: Bangkok

The main responsibility of this role is to take care of Payroll.

• Manage and maintain employee database in HR Information System accurately
• Manage compensation & benefit payment processes for payroll (including checking time attendance, OT, other eligible benefits and payroll calculation) complying with company policies and relating regulations/ legislation.
• Generate and submit Payroll report (SSO, TAX, PF, Bank), Attendance report (OT, Leave) as well as related matters upon the requirement.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end relevant government report and develop data analysis report to support management
• Correspond with third parties; SSO, RD, PF, bank, HRIS application vendor if needed, to execute payroll processes with high accuracy

• Thai Nationality
• At least Bachelor's Degree or higher in Political Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration and related fields
• At least 3 years experiences in HR function with primary responsibilities in time attendance and payroll administration
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Able to travel among our plants in the provinces as assigned by superior
• Experience in SAP HR will be advantage
