• Co-operate with project managers and team in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule
• Work with (or as) system analyst to understand customers business and provide the essential advice to benefit their process
• Develop applications based on specification and design as well as write up necessary documents.
• Work with other developers and testers to brainstorm the test scenarios and the test plan
• Thoroughly explore and research required technology/software package and implement/customize to address users requirement according to the specification
• Ensure all project deliverables are consistently delivered to the agreed schedules
• Guide and mentor a group of development teams to accomplish an assigned jobs

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Recently work in Java programming for the past 5-8 years.
• Love to learn new technology, tools, or platforms and be able to share the knowledge to others
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring, Angular, React, NodeJS)
• Experience in developing applications that retrieve data from Database, intensively using SQL statement
• _ Fast and self learner
• Have strong problem-solving skill
• Be able to apply Object Orientated Programming (OOP) and some design patterns (like MVC) to come up with solid solution and high maintainability
• Fair English Reading and Writing for deliverable documents
• Experience participating in a multi-function project team
• Experience working for Bank or Financial firm is a plus
• Experience in automate testing, continuous integration, containerization is advantage
