DESCRIPTION(Location and working style is flexible)At Amazon Web Services (AWS), Advisory services support our customers in their efforts to use Cloud technologies to drive transformations in innovation and business agility. As regional Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM), you will develop and land mechanisms to help our extended team of advisory consultants, account managers, local ESMs and Practice Managers, and Solution Architects to drive more Advisory deals, more quickly, and at ever-increasing average deal sizes. In doing so, you will act both as a sales manager as well as a hands-on seller for big, strategic deals. Finally, in order to ensure that you stay sharp and customer-obsessed, you will be expected to support delivery (about 20% of the time) along with regional AWS experts on large enterprise and Global accounts helping our customers achieve business outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Build and coach a best-in-class team of advisory sellers across APAC (Australia/New Zealand, ASEAN, India, and South Korea) and Japan, helping them to constantly mature how they sell services to Enterprise customers. Design and land selling and pipeline management mechanisms to drive more deals, more quickly, and at ever-increasing deal sizes and to help management monitor progress. Sell hands-on for strategic deals. Optimize value proposition of the global advisory offerings portfolio to match regional needs and ensure widespread adoption of offerings across sellers. Engage as a delivery resource in key advisor engagements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 15+ senior leadership, and/or management consulting experience in enterprises working at C-Level engagements Demonstrated ability to sell large deals Experience in development of go-to-market strategies and development of value propositions Strong cultural diversity and international mindset Digital mindset and affinity to cloud technologies Excellent presentation and communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in driving international transformation programs in major enterprises.
