• Planning Customer Start-Up support customer and planning for start up.
• Planing for customer call and advise about chiller problem via phone support customer call about chiller problem and planning technician to check if necessary
• Jobsite investigation learning solving an unexpected problem of chiller in customer jobsite
• Support sale activities for contracting business support data and document for sale person
• Support document and data for claim process input data in form and send to next
• Support technical knowhow to technician support data and document for technician person

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical of Electronics Engineering or any related field
• Specific skills : Basic computer knowledge
• Desirable experience : has basic experience in air conditioning system would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and strong service mind. , Enthusiastic, willing to learn and hard working.
• Able to work for overtime or holiday, also upcountry and neighbor countries sometimes.
• Good command of English TOEIC 500 UP
• Own car and driving license
