The IT Infrastructure team operates all networks, servers, and storage platforms used to deliver services to Agoda's customers. We support every product within the company, working with a wide range of systems and technology stacks. As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you'll be working with over 25,000 server instances, one of the largest OpenStack private clouds in Asia, sophisticated Kubernetes-based compute engines, and a data platform capable of transporting and ingesting millions of data messages per second. The Opportunity:

Our infrastructure team in Bangkok is searching for an experienced Senior System Engineer to help us design and manage our Microsoft product stack (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, DNS).
Responsibilities/Key skills:

• Design, engineer and monitor Agoda's Active Directory structure (AD, DNS, AzureAD integration, M365 email integration).
• Develop and manage tools for AD automation, monitoring, alerting, etc.
• Support AD integrations (HR platforms, 2FA systems, LDAP infrastructure, etc.)
• Insure AD platform reliability and uptime according to the strictest SLAs.
• Mentoring of other System Engineers within the team, preparation of technical documentation and training.

Experience/Requirements:

• The candidate must have complete proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory administration, in the context of production environments with very high workloads
• The candidate must have excellent knowledge of the Office365 platform (Azure AD integration, M365, etc.)
• Good windows troubleshooting skills, capable of leading the team trough incident detection, analysis and root cause identification
• Good knowledge of Exchange and email systems in general
• Good scripting skills (powershell, python, etc)
• Knowledge of common automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc)
• Experience working with large and dynamic server farms.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.
• Self-motivated, approachable and adaptable, with have good communication skills (working language is English).
