RockYou is looking to hire a IT Service Desk Engineer for our IT/OPS Team. We seek individuals:

Ability to:

• Think and solve problems.
• Diagnose and resolve IT related hardware and software issues
• Provide IT Facility for internal users and visitors
• Simply communicate IT issue with Non-IT person
• Keep remind the user about IT Security Awareness
• Service mind reaction to end-users

• Supporting both local and remote desktop responsibilities. Troubleshoot any software and hardware issues. Having to do some off hours support if needed.
• Knowing how to prioritize, and keeping track of new tickets coming in.
• Documenting and updating IT procedures in company wiki..
• Asset control documentation and keeping track of company equipment, ie laptops, cell phones, desktop. (Something like this)
• Doing basic network troubleshooting for users and hardware connection issues.
• Meeting Room Set-up and troubleshooting.

• Male or female, 25-30 years of age
• • years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer

• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills
• Basic spyware removal experience
• Working knowledge of following IOS and Mac OSX, Windows. .
• Experience with imaging and deploying software
• Must have experience troubleshooting desktop issues with Windows (7,8.1,10) & Mac hardware, as well as mobile devices (Android, iOS, and Microsoft)
• Must have experience troubleshooting and configuring Google Mail, Groups, Drive & Calendar.
• Bonus if familiar with JIRA ticketing system & Confluence wiki.
• TOEIC score of 750 or higher required. Or, MUST have a high level of English proficiency (written, verbal and grammar)
• MUST be Thai National
