Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Check and prepare the nearly-due transactions ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมรายการที่ใกล้ถึงกำหนดชำระเงิน
• Follow up with the client for premium payment which is due ติดตามสถานะการชำระเงินของลูกค้าที่ถึงกำหนดชำระเงิน
• Prepare weekly report with overdue transaction record จัดเตรียมข้อมูลรายงานของรายการที่ล่วงเลยกำหนดระยะเวลาชำระเงิน
• Recheck the financial documents are correct and in place ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงินต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องและจัดเก็บอย่างเรียบร้อย
• Prepare and issue receipts and related financial document once the payments are made จัดเตรียมและออกเอกสารใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือเอกสารการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ เมื่อมีการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
• Submit all cheque or payment reference document to Account Receivable Officer นำส่งเช็คหรือหลักฐานการชำระเงินให้เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
• Other duties as assigned หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Female, Age over 22 years old เพศหญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Good communication and interpersonal skill มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี 
• Good computer literacy มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดี
• Basic English communication มัทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานเบื้องต้น
• Experience in bill collector in insurance business will be adventage หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดเก็บเบี้ยประกันภัย จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• New graduated are welcome ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
