Position: Sports Fixtures Coordinator

Department: Physical Education (PE) Department

Report to: Head of Physical Education

Objective: To provide effective and efficient management and coordination of the college's sports programme with

• To plan, coordinate and organise competitive sports opportunities, e.g., season, weekly competitions, one day tournaments etc.
• Assist in the organisation of the various sporting events and areas within the school's programme
• Using the schools systems for data entry for a variety of areas in sport (ISAMS, SOCS, and Firefly etc.)
• Sporting opportunities are communicated to all key stakeholders (Students, Parents, Staff, Outside agencies etc.)
• Working with the marketing team to celebrate and promote student, team success and significant milestones in sport.
• To ensure the school and sports calendar is update and communicated to all key stakeholders.

• A Degree
• • Has an genuine interest in sport

• • Good command of spoken and written English (desirable)

• • Competent computer skills are needed.

• • Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children

• • Role model that coincides with Bangkok Prep' core values
