Key Responsibilities:  

1. Support and troubleshoot IT problems for users; coordinate with regional teams and user if required base on MAC5 System, Interface program, POS and Warehouse management system.
2.  Monitoring Interface between MAC5 System, Warehouse management system and POS System
3. Coordinate with users on application requirements and work with regional application team and/or vendor to deliver accordingly.
4. Prepare test data with users/regional and perform rigorous testing to verify program functions; document business requirements, operation procedures and all application related requests
5. Development or Enhance some program to support by requirement base on current system.  or if have knowledge in application programming language on Andiron or IOS will be advance consideration.

Key Requirements: 

1. Native Thai national only
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT related field
3. Have experience in retailer Business knowledge  
4. 2-3 years' experience in Thai ERP application support such as MAC5, Express, ACCPAC, Crystal ERP, etc.
5. Experience in end user support and troubleshooting user problems
6. Microsoft Windows 7 or 10, MS.Office, Linux ,etc.
7. At least 2 years’ experience in programming using VB.net, C# .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server , web Application, Web Service and Crystal Report for C#.NET Developer and/or  JAVA, J2EE .Net framework or Java suite, Android or IOs Platform
8. Knowledge of SQL Command, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle  
9. Flexible of work,Good Communicate and enjoy working with Team member and Users
10. Self-motivated and responsible for own task from end-to-end
11. Be passionate about solving technical problems.
