Position:Presales (Product Specialist) Report to: Professional Printing Sales Manager Department: Professional Printing Sales Department

Key objective is to coordinate with End-user / Partner in providing a complete solution including Color Management with Large Format Printer. Sometimes may have a continuing role in sales and support. To deliver high-value product and service that meet customer/partner satisfaction.

Workplace: EPSON Office, Able to work upcountry as required Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)

• Conduct product & solution knowledge training both internal & external, as well as train the trainers
• Presenting Technical solution / Color Management for customers.
• Support and work closely with Product Manager and Sales teams for gathering customer's requirement and designing solution that meets customer's requirement.

• Male, Thai Nationality, Age not over 35 years old
• Degree in Printing, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related.
• Have experience in Color Management Printing / Graphic Software
• Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skill
• English proficiency, both verbal and written
