Epson is looking for a Pre-Sales / Product Specialist to join our Channel Sales Department. You will report directly to the Channel Sales Manager.

Key objective is to coordinate with End-user / SI / Partner in providing complete product solution and customization on Projects for large end user and System Integrators to adapt Epson Business products, esp. small printer in Thailand and IDC. To create a good relationship with SI. Sometimes may have a continuing role in customer support. To deliver a high-value product and service that meet customer satisfaction.

Workplace: EPSON Office, Able to work upcountry as required Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)

• Educate Epson product knowledge specification with the regional office and Product Manager to create and support document for Thai and IDC
• Conduct product knowledge training both internal & external, as well as train the trainers
• Presenting technical solutions for customers.
• Communicating and coordinating with sales and customer support team.
• Support and work closely with Product Manager and Sales teams for gathering customer's requirement and designing solution that meets customer's requirement.
• Prepare bidding document to support the bidding project (TOR) etc.

• Male, Thai Nationality, Age not over 35 years old
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related.
• Have experience in Network / Infrastructure / Software developer / POS / OPOS
• Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skill
• English proficiency, both verbal and written
• Good command of MS Office
