Air Freight Operations Officer
ที่ยูพีเอส- Re-check HAWB and MAWB before tendered in E2k.
- Print HAWB for customs process.
- Update weight HAWB in E2K for consol docs.
- Print Tendered Report attached with complete document set.
- Issuing cover page for Job Sheet, pouch and send documents to Head Office.
- Image Scan HAWB, Invoice, Packing List in Image Management.
- Check and updated COB.
- Rechecked tags before delivery to sub-contractor.
- Follow up document from subcontractor, then tender MAWB.
- Scan and forward documents (Invoice, HAWB, MAWB and Sales instruction).
- Correct and Update HAWB, close expenses for each HAWB.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistic Management or related field
- At least 1 years working experience in administration tasks, freight forwarding operations knowledge is a plus
- Computer Literacy for MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Email
- Good command of English in written and verbal communication
- Team player and able to work independently
- Be proactive, detailed and result oriented
- Able to work as Shift Rotation
- Able to work at AO2 Office, Free Zone, Suvarnabhum Airport
