Responsibilities

• Analyst and strategic planning or improvement process to efficiency include feasibility study.
• Coordinate internal resources vendor for execution of project.
• Ensure that all project are delivered on-time within scope and within Budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Create reports for management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Implement and enforces systems, policies and procedures.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all vendor.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistic Management or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years proven working experience in Project management, Improvement process or customer satisfaction project based, especially in E-Commerce business.
• Strong logical thinking & numerical skills, strong English presentation (Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work under high pressure within timesline.
