Head of IT Service Delivery (Application Software) is accountable for ensuring that a culture of "Service Management Excellence" is developed and maintained by the Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT Service Delivery team. The person has to have a deep understanding of the business needs, including the technology strategy and the associated data model.

• Define project scope and budget based on objectives given by project owner or executive and IT Strategy as well
• Plan and manage project in terms of time, deliverables, budget, and risks to ensure quality of project deliverables throughout project life cycle
• Solve project issues, changes, and interventions to achieve project outcomes., as well as escalate issues to Steering Committee and/ or Management when necessary
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders
• Act as a primary service contact for internal customers, effectively manage service outages, and define Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers
• Ensure that IT services comply to IT Policy, procedures and company guideline
• Work with business and other IT teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
• Having to work on some weekends

• Male or Female, age not over 40 years
• Master Degree in IT, or MIS, or MBA or other related fields
• Having more than 14 years of working experience in IT with at least 5 years served in a lead role in IT Service Delivery
• Solid working knowledge and understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices
• Experience of developing, negotiating, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA), conducting service reviews and assessing service proposals to ensure operational capability
• Having knowledge of real estate and/ or retail Industry would be advantages
• Accountable and resourceful, conduct himself/ herself professionally at all times
• Able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Able to manage team workload and performance while fostering a harmonious working environment
• Having good communication skills and capable of dealing with sensitive issues
• Very good command of spoken and written English
