Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from Thailand due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the digital media market and experience in the use of Google Ads: Search or Search media programmatic buying.
- Strong people manager experience; ability to role model inclusive leadership, integrity, and influenced based leadership.
- Demonstrated record of reaching and exceeding strategic goals and success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across internal teams.
- Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform.
- Strong influence skills in building partnerships and helping balance styles and interests with internal and external executives and cross-functional/cross-regional peers to drive impact.
- Ability to lead a team and influence multi-functional resources, prioritizes and focuses the energy of the team to hit the numbers and successfully navigate ever-changing situations.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As the Head of Search Solutions, you will lead a team to develop and renew strategic relationships with agencies and clients. As their trusted partner, you will proactively engage clients to map strategies and deliver resources to enable them to achieve their online search objectives using Search and/or Search Ads 360 (SA360). You will lead and execute projects, supporting clients who use Search. These projects will include technical assistance on business pitches, product implementations, advisory on campaign set up, delivery and optimizations, product upgrades, custom solutions, and campaign reporting. You'll work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on teams. In addition, you'll also help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining your deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products to provide solutions.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
- Play a lead role for Search and SA360 product and solutions strategy, managing the communication with Global Product leads and associated products and sales priorities.
- Work with Country Managers, Country Large Customer Sales (LCS) leaders and associated sales teams to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.
- Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects including working with gTech, APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) Leads and Global Products Leads, Marketing, Business Finance.
- Develop and scale Search and SA360 products to scale solutions and improve customer returns, while also bridging deep product knowledge in large customers events.
- Partner with APAC and in-market GTM to create a clear and compelling vision and strategy for solutions offerings related to Search and SA360.
