• Ensure team to provide appropriate training for new hire staff and monitoring employee are attended training as per company target setting with also Setup initiative training course for Collection to improve Collection effectiveness
• Responsible for the training strategy by defining learning need and set up a training mapping to ensure all staff are well trained and developed
• Support and monitor the collection recruitment process and work closely with HR team to meet the recruiting target with timeline as plan
• Supervise and support subordinate in order to ensure all training course are properly managed with effectiveness
• Manage to produce all sorts of report relating to training and others within responsibilities in order to ensure proper tracking and accuracy
• Support the collection training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs in order to meet the business direction
• Ensure all staff will be trained /refresh in Collection policy & procedure twice time a year to ensure all working step complied with Collection Act and Local regulation

• Bachelor's degree/Master degree in any related fields
• 3-5 years' working experiences in Training function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skill and proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
