Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maximize sales prospects by expanding the existing licensing portfolio
• Work with active licensees to develop innovative products, execute fun marketing programs and expand to more retail channels (online and offline) in order to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Work closely with licensees to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company’s objectives.
• Handle sales order processing by keeping track of quarterly royalty report, project coordination and maintain good relationships with licensees
• Negotiate the business terms for new licensees and renewal of current licensees
• Maintain good communication between licensor and licensee

Requirement:

• University degree in business related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in sales operation, negotiation and management
• Good understanding of the character industry
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently
• Proactive, detail-minded and hard-working with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
