To assist and work with Marketing Manager in managing the entire marketing campaign for a portfolio of exhibitions, events and conferences, from creating an initial event marketing strategy, to managing all marketing related staff internally and on site and producing a post event analysis report on the marketing campaign. Also contribute to continued improvements in campaign planning, execution and analysis through effective teamwork and systems. The job requires project management skills, marketing and communication skills, plus the ability to consistently produce high quality work within timescales and budgets.
- Manage marketing campaigns to ensure targeted, creative and cost effective campaigns are delivered that achieve results.
- Challenge existing methods and suggest new innovative ideas that are tangible and realistic.
- Manage media partners, PR agencies, registration, design and web agencies and other market driven relationships.
- Write all time & action plans, outlining key tasks and deadlines for each element of the campaign.
- Gain a good understanding of the individual markets that the exhibition, event or conference operate in. Monitor competitive activity and read relevant press/industry information to keep up-to-date with the latest industry news.
- Websites: web strategy, copy writing of content and e-marketing and promotions
- Database Management: Manage the visitor data for all exhibition, events and conference. - Manage segmentation and dissemination of information to data.
- Ensure data is cleaned and accurate.
- Apply relevant data protection laws.
- Ensure accurate collection of data onsite where relevant to exhibition, conference and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 2-3 years experiences in PR&Marketing in related businesses
- Computer literacy and very good command of spoken and written English
- Self confident, creative & highly motivated.
- Good personality and human relationships
- TOEIC score of 700 or above is highly consideration
