Responsibilities

• Build wireframes to conceptualize design
• UI/UX design
• Design website structures and graphical assets
• Deliver creative solutions that can be implemented within a content management system
• Ensures all work incorporates defined requirements and employs best practices in creative execution and user experience design
• Present creative concepts internally to key stakeholders, as well as externally to clients (mostly via phone and email)
• Enjoy constructive feedback and iterating on designs.
• Collaborate with development and content team to ensure creative alignment and a smooth transfer of work between teams

Qualifications

• Graphic design background with proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver).
• Advanced use of other design tools, including; Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.
• Must include a portfolio displaying a strong understanding of web design and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage, being mindful of deadlines.
• Experience creating rich front end experiences that are mobile first and responsive.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• At least 2 years of Web Design experience.
