We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to be responsible for implementing day-to-day telephone sales, clients meetings and database marketing activities to promote Ticketbox.Co.th to event organizers of varying genres.


  • To develop an in-depth knowledge of the Ticketbox.co.th system and our services to be able to provide fast and accurate information to existing and new potential users.
  • Conduct structured “rolling” campaigns comprising targeted email-shots with telephone follow-up.
  • Represent the company at occasional industry exhibitions and conferences.
  • Make frequent sales visits if a substantial prospect can’t be signed up by phone.
  • Engage with prospects via relevant social media and internet forums.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to new and existing event organizers.


  • Telephone sales / customer relationship management experience. (Experience in a professional OUTBOUND telesales environment a plus +).
  • Awareness of the growing roles of social media and online ticketing for live entertainment.
  • An understanding of the ticketing and marketing needs of live entertainment event organizers, promoters and venues (direct experience of working in a live-entertainment environment a big plus++).
  • Highly articulate and personable, with a great telephone manner and clear diction.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and business relationships through telephone conversations and meetings
  • Solid work ethic and self-discipline – the ability to maintain work rate and focus on priority tasks and objectives without direct supervision.
  • Ability to pro-actively transition through projects in agreed priority order and keep colleagues informed.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to develop an understanding of new IT systems quickly.
  • Highly proficient in the use of data sorting and filtering functions of Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and database management.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • An interest in the arts/entertainment industry.
  • Some out of hours work will be expected to attend conferences and meetings.
  • The position is offered as a full time.
  • The position is subject to a 3 months probationary period.
