RISE TO THE CHALLENGE The Philip Morris Leadership Development Program is an extensive two year program designed to fast track participants' development with an eye towards assuming leadership roles within our Organization upon successful conclusion of the program. Overall, this program is being organized with a view towards pushing participating employees into Senior Management positions over the longer term.

Through structured job rotations throughout various departments, exposure to other functions of our business, ongoing training and coaching, regular performance feedback and career discussions, we will do all we can to help you become a highly skilled manager capable of leading our organization in the future.

The program also offers the possibility for an overseas assignment for a short period of time.

• Throughout the two year program you will have work across different functions within the organization providing you with well-rounded experiences.
• You will also complete one Cross Functional assignment aimed at broadening your organizational perspective, company network and overall business knowledge.
• The conclusion of the program will be geared towards preparing you for your next role within our organization. Your final position will be based on your performance throughout the Philip Morris Thailand Leadership Program, with individual preference and required business needs also taken into account.

• 5 years of work experience in multinational companies
• Bachelor's Degree with a sound academic record
• Record of strong performance for at least three years in a full time job in a multinational organization
• Fluent in both English and Thai
• Business oriented and the ambition to work at a senior leadership position in a multinational company
