• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• At least 1-2 years of work experience as Operations officer or Customer service is an advantage
• Being service-minded, well organized and detail oriented
• Competence in teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office or Email correspondence
• Able to work in shifts, under pressure & time constraint
