• Managing the overall of Executive Director of Spanish and South America Department for Marketing, Operation and Reservation of FIT, Group and Incentive clients. Monitoring and coordinate each department.
• Strategic person who creates business plans giving effective strategies for growing the business.
• Supervision hotel contracting and database (General rates and promotion).
• Developing the existing products and creating new ones adapting them to market needs.
• Provides guidance and support to the team and the direct managements of each department.
• Coordination with some offices that there are in Travex group. (Cambodia and Myanmar).
• Sale trips and attends to international fairs overseas.
• Search for new clients and expanding new areas.
• Annual negotiation with main travel agencies and commercial relationship with them.
• Department under supervision: Product and Contract Dept./Guest relation/Marketing/Reservation/Operation/Booking programs

• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Hospitality Business Management or any field
• Spanish Male/Female, Age at least 35 years old
• Knowledge and have experience in management level At least 5 year(s) as Tourism, Travel Agencies or Hotel
• Service-minded, Proactive, Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and Able to work under pressure.
