Be responsible for the development and implementation of HRD strategies
Be responsible for all HRD activities including staff, board members and other committees
Help to monitor the Company’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the Company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction, contributing to making the Company a great place to work
Designing, developing and reviewing Human Resources Development strategies in line with corporate strategic planning (e.g. Engagement survey, Competency, Career development etc.)
Proposing improvement options and implementing effective strategies and plans to ensure the long term development of the organization.
Advising, controlling and monitoring the implementation of approval strategies in order to ensure the implementation of all function within the company.
Operating any tasks assigned by superior.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
