Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Principal Investigator located in Offshore,Thailand.

• Support Maintenance Engineering Team to deliver and achieve the business unit goals/ objectives, Centralized Maintenance KPIs/maintenance strategy in a safe, efficient and reliable manner.
• Support, execute and maintain specific SERIP process/sub processes and ensure the alignment with the maintenance strategy set up for each facilities and also in accordance with Global Upstream Base Business objectives.
• Conduct, facilitate and administrate the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for reliability incidents in accordance with the Incident Investigation and Reporting (IIR) process at offshore facilities and record in the appropriate SOR for example REFLEX&IMS.
• Identify the bad actors and worst actors for each facilities and working closely with SMEs in centralized maintenance teams to provide the verifications, solutions, correction, and mitigation actions according to WIR/SERIP process.
• Adhere to and ensure the safety standard and Company OE HES expectation are met or exceeded.

• Engineering educational background, Mechanical or Electrical engineering is an advantage
• Minimum 1-5 year intensive experience in conducting and facilitating RCA
• Experience in O&M for Oil &Gas business.
