• The Business Development Team is primarily responsible for increasing sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the company. To achieve this, the individual team members need to find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately create accounts that will continue to grow business in the future. The successful candidate will work within the team to make presentations on products and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs, and plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince prospective customers to do business with the company. The individual is required to develop a rapport with new clients, and achieve set targets for sales and support that will continually improve the relationship.

• 5 years (min.) relevant professional experience in business development or similar roles, such as marketing or related-design positions.
• Tertiary Qualifications within a recognised Business, Marketing or related-Design programme.
• Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Highly computer literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable personal presentation & style, and a genuine passion for the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for identifying, pursuing & establishing new business opportunities. 
• Setup meetings, prepare presentations and communicate new product developments to prospective clients. 
• Maintain ongoing research and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, including those of market competitors.
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, plan approaches and pitches, and build relationships with new clients.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships, and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Attend industry functions and networking events, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Treats colleagues and partners with respect – considers and responds appropriately to the needs, feelings, and capabilities of different people.
• Ability to take direction & work under pressure, can work independently as well as part of a team, and actively contributes ideas to help drive growth.
• Must be able to meet the appropriate social expectations of a professional office environment, as well as the company's reputation and premium brands.
• May be required to undertake domestic and international travel for business purposes.
• May be required to attend networking and business entertainment functions.
