ที่ไพร์ม โรด กรุ๊ป จำกัด- Handle legal matters and advise clients on Thai law
- Focus on Renewable Energy law, property law (property due diligence, land office registrations, contract review, respond to inquiries on property law)
- Draft legal documents (in Thai and occasionally in English), such as contracts, due diligence reports, POA's government applications and other documents related to court procedures;
- Represent clients' interests towards third parties and government authorities; and
- Support foreign lawyers on matters of Thai law, conduct legal research.
- Understanding commercial issues within legal documents and agreements
- Negotiating service level agreements and commercial agreements with counterparties
- Prepare applications and supporting documents for submitting to the government officers at the MOC, BOI, DIW, IEAT, Immigration office, Land Department and etc., and handle the case until the assignments are completed.
- Coordinate with the government authorities and communicate with team and client on updating progress of works.
- Provide general assistance to other lawyers in the office and other tasks reasonably associated with the foregoing.
- Thai Nationality, aged 25 years or up
- Lawyer's license
- At least 2 years of experience working in a reputable law firm(s)
- Experience in property law and litigation
- Good command of spoken and written English.
