• Consolidate Job Role from BUs for job analysis and job evaluation
• Gather information regarding C&B within ThaiBev Group
• Co-organize compensation survey
• Perform job analysis/job evaluation and propose compensation for new hire and internal recruiting
• Gather and prepare information for promotion
• Prepare annual salary increment and bonus payment for approval

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HRM, HRD, Industrial Psycology, Political Science, Business Administration or related filed
• Have minimum 3 years of expereince in C&B
• Knowledge and understanding of C&B concept & management
• Have Analytical Thinking and Systematic Thinking
• Possesses skills in planning, control, coordination and monitoring
• Ability to use computers to do data analysis and processing
• Good English communication (Speak-Read-Write)
