Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects of the business to achieve strategic objectives of the Company.

• Set up and manage accounting, finance, tax and internal control process and system of the company.
• Supervise the issuance of financial statements and other related reports and make sure that all financial transactions are accurate, on-time and comply with GAAP and IFRS standards as well as Tax norms.
• Implement and maintain adequate internal control, policies and processes to ensure all transactions are legitimate and in the best interest of the organization.
• Lead the preparation of business plan, budgeting, and forecasting as well as establish a robust review process for management team.
• Provide financial analysis to support business operation, identify root cause problems, and provide solutions within the timeframe.
• Conduct investment analysis and be responsible for fund raising.
• Ensure company assets are well managed.
• Ad-hoc projects requested by supervisors.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. CPA is a plus.
• A minimum 12 years of experience in managing finance and accounting of a real estate business or related field. At least 3 years of experience in management level.
• Have experience in setting up finance and accounting system for a new company with strong knowledge in finance and accounting IT system.
• Strong business acumen.
