• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar fields
• Programming experience
• JAVA programming experience (J2EE, JSP/Servlet, EJB, J2SE, Web Services) is a plus
• JAVA-based software packages implementation experience is a definite plus
• Experience with C++, or C# development is a plus
• Knowledge of RDBMS, LDAP is a plus
