• You will be required to prepare government forms and supporting documents for different forms of company registrations, licenses, visas and work permits and other related applications
• There will be opportunities to provide legal support on various legal aspects related to business including corporate, commercial, tax, intellectual property, immigration and litigation matters
• You will be expected to contact and coordinate with government units regarding legal matters
• There will also be some work involving research and preparation of summaries on relevant laws and regulations
• We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, a pleasant personality, with a positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure and with time constraints

• Thai National with a Bachelor's Degree in Law or similar qualification
• Minimum 6 months working experience in corporate law
