Customics (Thailand) Ltd. is offering a dynamic individual the opportunity to be a part of our fast-growing Mystery Shopping Program company. The person in this position will be responsible for operations, fieldwork of Mystery Shopping Program and associate retention.

The right persons must be keen to learn about marketing research, mystery shopping program and business operations, willing to push themselves and be a part of a fast-growing startup. Lots of learning opportunities will be provided

• Recruiting, training, scheduling Shoppers for specified projects
• Coordinating and following up on the fieldwork's projects
• Reviewing the questionnaires
• Daily ensuring the quality standards of the questionnaire and fully following the surveys being carried out until report submission to clients
• Summarizing accounting on monthly basis
• Assists in the coordination, and completion of special projects, as appropriate
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Good interpersonal skills, responsible and accountable
• Eager to learn new things and possess a positive attitude
• Able to use basic MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other social media
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Higher vocational diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field
• Good attention to details
• Able to work under pressure
• Having a strong sense of urgency
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Being a self-directed and independent decision maker
