• Partner with the Channel Manager to plan targeted product categories and selection to meet the requirements of the ecommerce sales platforms in order to increase product selection and sales
• Approach merchants with targeted product categories for inclusion on the ecommerce sales platforms
• Develop and manage relationships with merchants and manufacturers to ensure competitive prices, selection, availability and promotional activities
• Work closely with marketing to develop pipeline of seasonal and promotional product releases and propose merchandise categories to complement the marketing calendar
• Keep up to date with market trends and new products
• Monitor and analyze sales and stock levels
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis on range of competitor promotions and recommend relevant product development actions
• Review bestselling products and ensure bestsellers reach their full potential with agreed promotions by the merchant while recommending actions to move slow sellers
